"A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. "

"Points positifs : taille du logement (comme un appartement), kitchenette (ustensiles, plaques électriques, frigo, évier, hotte…), terrasse avec mobilier, piscines (avec transat +/- parasols), propreté globale, petit déjeuner complet varié et correct, personnel aimable, proximité avec des commerces et la plage.

"Nous avons été reçus comme des rois: petites attentions dès notre arrivée, un appartement très bien agencé, délicatement parfumé avec tout le confort que l'on attendait. Notre hôte a été des plus accueillants et nous a même accompagné à l'aéroport à 5h45 du matin suite au désistement de notre taxi. Plus qu'une adresse, c'est un joli cocon que vous trouverez. "Sehr schöne Anlage. Wir hatten zu viert eine 80m2 Villa und sie bietet sehr viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet.
Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Lanzarote sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Nachteil, man hört und sieht die landenden Flieger, das stört aber nicht.
Das Publikum ist sehr britisch bzw. Irisch, was aber auch nicht stört. In punkto Liegen am Pool reservieren, haben die Engländer uns Deutsche abgehängt😉

"Podría ser mejor. Habitación con olor desagradable al entrar por falta de ventilación. Mobiliario viejo. Baños desfasados y con la cadena del wc sin potencia, otra causa del mal olor a la entrada. No había toallas al llegar, y al ser tarde por la noche tuvimos que secarnos como pudimos después del viaje. La piscina no muy limpia. Aparcamiento vigilado según la página web que acaba siendo aparcamiento en la calle. En resumen, si vuelvo a Lanzarote buscaré otra alternativa, y es una lástima porque...

"Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 a day+10 deposit.
Pool: good size, clean. Only down side was the rules of no ball games or inflatables which I hadn't been aware of before booking. I liked the glass boundary all around, great for child safety.
