"Staff was great. Gregory let me check in early. It was great to be back home in SF and this place brought me back to the area near the Ferry building, financial district, and my old stomping grounds. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you everyone!"

"The hotel was really nice. The building's structure made it stand out from other hotels I've been to. I liked the little hangout spot they had in front of each door. The only issue I had was with the window in my room – it wasn't secure. I tried to shut and lock it, but the latch didn't work; I could still open and close it even after locking. I also wish the ice machine gave out more ice; it was one of those small portable ones that only dispenses a limited amount. Other than that, my stay was five stars."

"Staff friendly. First room was not cleaned at all and had no bedding and they corrected it immediately and the second room was in better condition. "

"Room was nice and always clean! Staff at front desk was kind and fast. I really wish you would offer room service! This was not hotels fault but our stay unfortunately got impacted with the neighbors having an intense domestic dispute. Security handled it but frustrating when you want relax and have to hear this going on for some time. But as always love it here and location is perfect."
