"Very nice staff and great place to stay"

"This is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Booked a non smoking room and it obviously wasnt. The room was in bad shape to begin with and the AC unit started leaking a couple days into my stay. A shelf had fallen off the wall and not put back up, shower curtain falling off the wall, tub was peeling and took a while to drain. The mattress was in bad shape and paint peeling off the ceiling. "

"Loved the spa treatments and pool area for relaxing. Pattersons restaurant was a disappointment this time. Last summer the dinner choices were more to my liking. This time my group of 8 diners had a hard time choosing something they wanted and not one of the 4 of us that choose the shrimp entree liked it. Our reservation was at 7:30 and our main course arrived at 9:15. The waitress seemed put off when I asked at 8:50 to check on our food. We ordered $48 worth of bread because our main...

"This is my third stay at Inn at Patrick Square. Lovely , clean and quiet property with a steakhouse, pizza restaurant, wine bar and breakfast restaurants. It’s 7 minutes from Clemson university. Nice retreat."
