"A nice place for weekend escape and long holidays. Short drive to Coffs Harbour town centre and other local attractions. Clean room with excellent valley and mountain views. Pet and kids friendly environment including a swimming pool and BBQ area, water ponds, creeks, cows to explore during the stay. Owner is nice and very helpful. "

"There are a lot of little things wrong like washing machine broken, hot water not in all showers but the staff are very helpful and the location to everywhere regardless of how you are travelling is fabulous If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs I will file it under my cheap and cheerful category for future reference FYI, no lift so pack lightly"

"The staff are nice and the location is great. Property is well maintained with the exception of the rooms. It needs to be updated. The carpets are very old and emits a very musty smell. The linens and blankets were also dirty. The kitchen has some basic stuff like coffees and teas which were greatly appreciated. The scenery around the property is great and they have a nice trail walk."

"Room was ok, bathroom fan didn't work so couldn't have the bathroom door open at all even after after a shower as the room is so small it set the alarm off, Got woken up numerous times throughout the night as drunk loud and arrogant people were behaving like idiots up the hallway outside my door , then to top it off went outside to have a smoke and the dirty linen containers sprawled everywhere and the cleaners bins with dirty pads all over the ground, was disgusting I picked up the linen as...

"Cozy place for a stop from Sydney to Gold Coast. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the trampoline. Nice short walk to the coast. Saw a big camping area on the way to the coast. Shopping and dining options are limited in this quiet area but still feel very good overall."

"The booking agency got our phone number wrong and we arrived late, but the staff helped us out despite arriving at 9pm. They had the room ready for us and were expecting our call. the place was clean and tidy, the facilities were exactly what we were looking for and a very reasonable price. We will stay there again."
