"It was a good hotel, we were visiting family in the area so was a nice base. We had stayed at other nearby hotels so wanted to try this one. It was okay for one night, we booked in for dinner. The menu is extremely limited for dietary requirements, with things listed as vegetarian that weren't and food didn't match description. We didn't book breakfast, again as similar wanted a much refresher breakfast rathan than a fry up. Gave 4 stars as was a lovely bed, very comfortable! The bathroom...

"We had a perfect anniversary getaway stay. The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was a delight. Walking around the grounds was very peaceful. We would highly recommend this place for a quiet break."

"Myself and my husband loved our stay! Lovely, comfortable bedroom. It was small, but they decorated immaculately and put thought into the process. Comfy bed, slept well, we had a fantastic breakfast.....one of the best we have ever had! Couldn't fault our stay in any way, will recommend and return again."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately voices were audible through the walls on one side of the room as were music and footsteps from the dinng area below but otherwise I was satisfield with the accommodation. Having an on-site restaurant was a handy option for the first night although I did venture out on my second evening for tea at a local restaurant. "The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
