"O hotel tem ótimas instalações e o atendimento da recepção é muito bom,a área de lazer e de apoio também é muito boa. Mas quanto a parte para a gastronomia deixa muito à desejar com lanches fracos,o restaurante pouco contribue nos obrigando a buscar outras opções fora do hotel e o restaurante La Terraza não vale nada a pena. Ótimo hotel que precisa melhorar sua oferta gastronômica para seus hospedes."

"My flight got delayed and I ended up arriving late at night. Not only i messaged them trough whatsapp and via hotel.com, as soon as I knew around lunch the day of check in, but they also never provide information for hôtel transfer they claim to offer, and they never opened up or provided the key as they were closed, which I found out at 4am being left alone there. This is unacceptable."

"Breakfast was fine. The pool was heavenly. Very peaceful. The restaurant is NOT good for dinner. Tries to be upscale but misses the mark. "
