"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Started off a little rocky because I was not given the room I paid for. I went back to the front desk to inquire about the change and I was questioned about how many people I had with me. I paid for the room with three beds and a view overlooking the canal. I was given a room with one bed and a view overlooking the intersection of the road in front of the hotel. I was told that I was given the room I reserved and that it was only 2 people. One traveler couldn’t make it therefore it was only 2 of us. He said I can show you what you reserved, I politely replied I am well aware of what I reserved. After a little back and forth I was given the room I paid for. The view was amazing and I did get the balloons and candy I paid for to celebrate my birthday. Other than that the stay was great not excellent because of the service. We didn’t use housekeeping for 2 of the days and when we requested it they came but nothing was done they didn’t even change the sheets nor pillow cases. WiFi was good and the breakfast was great."
