"The hotel is in poor condition, with noticeable deterioration. The meals are overpriced; dinner costs $60 per person but lacks quality and cleanliness in both food preparation and dining areas. Additionally, the pool area is unsafe, resulting in a cut on my foot due to rough edges. Housekeeping fails to replenish towels and tissues, and the pillows and hallways are dirty. Given this is a Sheraton hotel, one would expect higher standards commensurate with the prices charged."

"There were only two right things: the man that help with luggage and other small things like provide bath towels , and the wireless connection. But: the TV was not working, the light in the bathroom last 10 second, I had tò ask for the heater, the women at the reception was unfriendly, etc etc. Never more!"

Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, désolé mais je suis déçu d'hôtel.com également parce que le prix affiché sur le site est 3 x plus élevé que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve.
