Un excellent service, accueil sympathique et compréhensif malgré une l'arrivée tardive causé par la compagnie aérienne . Hôtel "d'excellence" à ne pas fréquenter!

hôtel meprisant! Arrivé à 2h environ. Vérification de ma réservation et il me répond que je me suis trompé d'hôtel, qu'il n'a reçu aucune réservation pendant toute la journée.Il ouvre son mail, mais ne voit rien me dit-il. Il me demande de payer 91euros pour la nuit, sans compter l'argent que j'ai payé pour la réservation. Après l'avoir opposé un refus catégorique, il appel son chef qui lui demande de me donner une chambre jusqu'au matin où on fera une vérification. Arrivée dans la chambre, je jette un coup d'œil et, je découvre l'immensité du manque d'hygiène : le beignoir était très salle, avec une flaque de calcaire en son beau milieu, tout était salle dans les toilettes. Des traces de chaussures partout sur le sol. Dans la chambre, il y avait tellement de moustiques, que je n'ai pas pu dormir. Le climatiseur laisse à désirer. Je n'ai jamais cru qu'il avait au tant de moustique en Tunisie ! Des couvertures polaire conformes avec une basse température. Je ne parvenais pas à me couvrir, il faisait chaud ! En plus les moustiques me piquaient partout! Le sol de la chambre était jonché de poussière. J'ai voulu enlevé mes chaussures pour me détendre, mais c'était impossible ! Je suis déçu!Aucune goutte d'eau pour boire, aucune proposition pour la nourriture. Bruit des machines toute la nuit. Trop de lumière car rideaux transparent, on ne peut pas dormir. Arnaque! Je n'ai pas fermé l'oeil même 1sec. Comment l'hôtel.com peut participer à ce laisser aller?? Rembourser moi!

Das Foto gibt einen falschen Eindruck der Lage des Hotels wieder. Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Es war sowohl laut von außerhalb, als auch von innerhalb des Hotels.

Good stay, nothing extraordinaire but I was not looking for that. It was clean, the staff is nice and responsive, the room was big, and it was perfectly located for the reasons I was there (not tourism, but work.)

Basic and very clean but does the job. Barely 10 minutes taxi ride for my early morning flight, which was the whole purpose for staying here. Not much of interest around and Cafe Monmartre was closed.

私たちはトランジットのために1泊しました。深夜1時頃の到着でしたのでフロントは真っ暗でしたが、入り口を入ると当直の男性スタッフがしっかりと対応してくれました。部屋の清潔感はそれなりですが、とても広くてバスタブ付きのシャワーがありお湯もしっかりと出たのでこの料金なら有りだと思いました。ただ、朝食付きとありましたが案内はなく（私たちは必要なかったので確認はしませんでした）、翌朝もそれらしい会場は見つけられませんでした。フロントの男性スタッフは特に愛想が良いわけではありませんでしたが対応はきちんとしてくれました。

Buen hotel en relacion con precio

El hotel en relación calidad precio esta bien, el recepcionista que es mas mayor es muy agradable e intenta ayudarte siempre, el resto de personal aceptable sin mas, las habitaciones son lo que seria en España una pensión, pero están bien y limpieza a diario.esta a 10 min del aeropuerto y 15 del centro en coche, los taxis son muy baratos al cambio serian como 6 euros.

Hôtel correct pour un court séjour et bien situé. Le personnel sympa parle français le petit déjeuner correct mais la cuisine n'est pas propre.
