"We booked this at the last minute and couldn’t have picked a more charming hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. We also had dinner at Elsie’s Daughter, and both the food and the atmosphere were fantastic. We’ll definitely be back when we can stay a little longer. Highly recommend."

"This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. "

"Room was outdated; no bed liner; refrigerator didn't work; the shower handle came off the wall; the fire alarm went off at 2:30am and had to get up and walk outside in cold weather. The cost for a nightly stay is not worth it. "

The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions. "It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! "
