"Excellent stay. Clean room, albeit dated but did not deter our stay in any way. Staff was kind and spoke English. We utilized the in-room washer and dryer (bring your own pods). The room was huge. We had a separate bedroom with a queen and a twin sized bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It’s close to both the green and olive green lines. 15 minutes by subway to lotte world. "

"I enjoyed staying at this budget option. The subway is only 5 min walk away. A lot of value for the money. Staff speaks basic English. The room is simple but clean. Nice bathroom with rain shower and bidet. Black out curtains, which helps to battle the jet lag "

"we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"
