Depends on what you are looking for as a traveller. Most important criteria for me with any accommodation is cleanliness…this room was dusty. Phone was covered in dust. Mattress was sunken in. Definitely a budget hotel. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback. Best regards,

This time, I booked a shared room with friends when I arrived in Korea. There were four beds, so we each slept comfortably on our own bed. First of all, the Royal Suite was great because it had a Styler and a microwave oven inside the room. As you can see in the photo, the bathtub was square and large enough for all four of us. The interior was spacious, and the large TV made it feel like a movie theater. I stayed for two days, so I tried the washer and dryer on the 21st floor. You have to buy detergent at the front desk, so be sure to buy it before doing your laundry. I've moved twice. There's also a lounge on the 20th floor, and the food is affordable and has a wide variety of options. I enjoyed the night view while enjoying coffee, which gave off a city view and was quite charming. I'd love to stay here again.

I had a very comfortable stay at Designers Premier Seongsu & Konkuk University area. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around Seoul using nearby public transportation. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. One thing that was especially great for us was that the room had five beds, which made it very convenient for a large family or group staying together. It’s not easy to find rooms like this, so it was perfect for our stay. The food room service was also very good and we really enjoyed it. It was nice to be able to relax in the room and have food delivered after a long day. The hotel also has great guest facilities. There is a lounge on the 20th floor where you can relax and enjoy the view, and a laundry room on the 21st floor which is very convenient, especially for longer stays. Free luggage storage is also available, which is helpful if you arrive early or need to leave your bags after check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical hotel, especially for families or groups visiting Seoul. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel The Designers Premier Seong-su y Universidad Konkuk Situado entre la estación Seongsu y la estación de la Universidad Konkuk, el hotel The Designers Premier Seongsu & konkuk University fue satisfactorio tanto en cuanto a accesibilidad como facilidad de uso. This was the best place to stay in downtown Seoul. The best part was the 20th-floor lounge, the affordable prices, and the delicious food. I had a three-day reservation and needed to do some laundry, so there was a washer/dryer on the 21st floor, which was convenient. Since this is a centrally located hotel, I went to Namsan Mountain, which was a 25-minute taxi ride away. I went shopping in Myeongdong on the way back, and the hotel staff were always so friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment with a friend, so I met them in Seongsu, and it was so close that I didn't even want to take a taxi. It only took three minutes. And if you're hungry, it's easy to order delivery, which is delivered right to your room. The exterior is beautiful, and the high ceilings and upscale interior are impressive. The room was also clean, and I requested daily housekeeping, which they did with a smile, which I appreciated.

I made a reservation at this hotel to travel to Seongsu-dong. It was a four-day, three-night schedule. The staff were very friendly. The first room was a city view, and I was a room with a view of Jungnangcheon Stream. It was clean and there was an electric mat on the bed, so I could sleep well warmly. The room also had a bathtub and a cell phone charger. It was nice to be able to watch Netflix and Disney. It was so nice to have a laundry room on the 21st floor. It was so nice that I could use it for free if I just bought detergent. There was also room service, so I ordered whole chicken for dinner and late at night, but the chicken is really delicious. I also operated a lounge on the 20th floor, but the view was so good and the atmosphere was so good that I used the lounge for three days. There were whiskey, beer, highball, soju, etc., and the highball was so delicious. I liked grapefruit highballs. Be sure to go up to the lounge on the 20th floor. The transportation was good, so it was good to cross Gangnam.

This time, I was planning a trip to Jeju Island, but I couldn’t stop thinking about how relaxed I felt here, so I chose Seongsu instead. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt comfort and familiarity. The subtle fragrance, modern design, and quiet ambiance were just as I remembered. The staff’s genuine smiles set the tone for my stay. My room was spotless, perfectly lit, and filled with calming energy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom spacious with thoughtful amenities. At night, I enjoyed coffee by the window, watching Seoul’s skyline sparkle — peaceful despite being in the city. The neighborhood, with its cafés, boutiques, and restaurants, adds charm, blending local culture with modern energy. What makes this hotel truly special is the sense of being genuinely cared for. Every detail the scent, lighting, greetings makes you feel at home. This stay reminded me why I fell in love with it, and I already know where I’ll stay next time in Seoul. I didn't use it, but there was also a laundry room on the 21st floor, so I was so happy that I didn't have to go out of the hotel. I'm taking a good rest today

The 21st floor of the building was equipped with a laundry room and a dryer. I used it conveniently because I came from far away on a business trip. The room was equipped with gowns and hangers, and there was also a microwave oven on the first floor, so I could warm up the food at any time, so it was convenient during my stay. And if you asked the front desk that you needed an iron or an iron holder, they brought it to your room. There are a lot of restaurants and bars near Kundae Station There were many pop-up shopping malls and prop shops in Seongsu-dong, so I enjoyed shopping while staying. After checking out, it was possible to store my luggage, so I could easily take care of my business at the end.

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, with excellent transportation access! It’s close to Konkuk University Hospital and ideal for guests who enjoy shopping and exploring Seoul’s hot spots. The hotel is near the bustling Seongsu area (including Olive Young and Common Ground) and conveniently connected by subway or taxi to major commercial and entertainment districts such as Gangnam and Jamsil. It’s also close to Seoul Children’s Grand Park, making it convenient for guests planning to attend events or festivals held there. The rooms are very clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly, offering such warm service that guests feel as if they’re at home. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the hotel provides a washing machine for guests, which is especially practical for long-term stays. Overall, it’s an excellent and valuable stay experience. Highly recommended for medical visits, business trips, shopping, and family travel!

I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Korea because it’s close to Seongsu-dong. First of all, the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a hair dryer, curling iron, and even an iron. On the 21st floor, washing machines and dryers were available for free, and I could easily buy detergent on the first floor. In the evening, I used the lounge on the 20th floor with my friends, and we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends visiting Korea."
