ルームクリーニング、ベッドメイキング、タオル交換、ミネラルウォーターの補充はこちらから依頼しない限り一切実施されない（タオルだけは廊下の棚に置いてある）。外出時フロントにカードキーを預け、戻る時間を告げるとルームクリーニングが実施されるシステム。 また大通りに面しているので車の走行音やクラクションがとにかくうるさい。窓ガラスは防音タイプでは無いようで、神経質な人は夜眠れないかもしれない。

This time, I booked a shared room with friends when I arrived in Korea. There were four beds, so we each slept comfortably on our own bed. First of all, the Royal Suite was great because it had a Styler and a microwave oven inside the room. As you can see in the photo, the bathtub was square and large enough for all four of us. The interior was spacious, and the large TV made it feel like a movie theater. I stayed for two days, so I tried the washer and dryer on the 21st floor. You have to buy detergent at the front desk, so be sure to buy it before doing your laundry. I've moved twice. There's also a lounge on the 20th floor, and the food is affordable and has a wide variety of options. I enjoyed the night view while enjoying coffee, which gave off a city view and was quite charming. I'd love to stay here again.

デザイナーズホテルが大好きです！ フロントにいらっしゃるスタッフの方々もとても親切でした。 笑いながら案内してくれて、チェックイン時間より早く到着してスーツケース、かばんをあらかじめ保管することができて良かったです。 客室もきれいで何より客室の冷蔵庫に様々な飲み物がありました。 全部サービスだそうです！！ 韓国にいつ来るか分からないけど、来るようになったらまた訪問します！！ あ、そして20階にラウンジカフェがあります。 すごい雰囲気です！！

I had a very comfortable stay at Designers Premier Seongsu & Konkuk University area. The location is convenient and it’s easy to get around Seoul using nearby public transportation. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. One thing that was especially great for us was that the room had five beds, which made it very convenient for a large family or group staying together. It’s not easy to find rooms like this, so it was perfect for our stay. The food room service was also very good and we really enjoyed it. It was nice to be able to relax in the room and have food delivered after a long day. The hotel also has great guest facilities. There is a lounge on the 20th floor where you can relax and enjoy the view, and a laundry room on the 21st floor which is very convenient, especially for longer stays. Free luggage storage is also available, which is helpful if you arrive early or need to leave your bags after check-out. The staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical hotel, especially for families or groups visiting Seoul. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Korea because it’s close to Seongsu-dong. First of all, the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a hair dryer, curling iron, and even an iron. On the 21st floor, washing machines and dryers were available for free, and I could easily buy detergent on the first floor. In the evening, I used the lounge on the 20th floor with my friends, and we were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends visiting Korea."

It's close to the station, but the price is reasonable It is a memorable place for its neat rooms and comfortable beds. On the first floor of the lobby, there was a currency exchange machine, including location, facilities, and services. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, with excellent transportation access! It’s close to Konkuk University Hospital and ideal for guests who enjoy shopping and exploring Seoul’s hot spots. The hotel is near the bustling Seongsu area (including Olive Young and Common Ground) and conveniently connected by subway or taxi to major commercial and entertainment districts such as Gangnam and Jamsil. It’s also close to Seoul Children’s Grand Park, making it convenient for guests planning to attend events or festivals held there. The rooms are very clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly, offering such warm service that guests feel as if they’re at home. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the hotel provides a washing machine for guests, which is especially practical for long-term stays. Overall, it’s an excellent and valuable stay experience. Highly recommended for medical visits, business trips, shopping, and family travel!

The 21st floor of the building was equipped with a laundry room and a dryer. I used it conveniently because I came from far away on a business trip. The room was equipped with gowns and hangers, and there was also a microwave oven on the first floor, so I could warm up the food at any time, so it was convenient during my stay. And if you asked the front desk that you needed an iron or an iron holder, they brought it to your room. There are a lot of restaurants and bars near Kundae Station There were many pop-up shopping malls and prop shops in Seongsu-dong, so I enjoyed shopping while staying. Hotel The Designers Premier Seong-su y Universidad Konkuk Situado entre la estación Seongsu y la estación de la Universidad Konkuk, el hotel The Designers Premier Seongsu & konkuk University fue satisfactorio tanto en cuanto a accesibilidad como facilidad de uso. En primer lugar, el transporte era muy conveniente porque la estación de metro y la parada de autobús estaban cerca. Dado que la estación de entrada de la Universidad Konkuk y la estación del Gran Parque de los Niños están a pie, no hubo carga para moverse hacia el centro de Seúl o Gangnam. The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil frozen ice inside it. The overall condition of the hotel was not great compared to the price we paid. We are very much sure that this will be a great hotel if they actually take care of them, because the interior and the theme of the rooms were on an another level.

I stayed at Designers Premier Seongsu Konkuk University because I had an appointment at Konkuk University Hospital, and it was a very convenient choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I booked a room with breakfast included, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. There were breads, fresh salads, Korean dishes, and other options, so I was able to enjoy a different combination of foods each morning. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, which were very convenient for a longer stay. Another feature I really enjoyed was the free OTT streaming service in the room. It was nice to relax and watch movies or TV shows after a long day. The small convenience shop on the first floor was another great feature. It offered instant noodles, snacks, drinks, and other essentials, making it easy to buy anything I needed without leaving the hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you're visiting Konkuk University Hospital. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
