"No other hotel in Miami Beach offers the unique views like the Palm Tree Club. Perfect place to stay prior to your cruise. Tasty food and drinks with million dollar views from the restaurant/bar. Clean room and all the staff were perfectly professional and nice."

"Old grand dame has sadly gone downhill. No chairs by the pool, uncaring and often rude staff and servers at the vastly overpriced poolside restaurant La Cote. No coffee maker in the room, massive lineup at the little overpriced coffee bar near the lobby where guests flock because that’s your only option. Obnoxious guests with children packing hot tubs and playing football in the pools. It’s really gone in the wrong direction and hilariously ironic are the photos of Sinatra snd Rat Pack members who probably enjoyed the hotel in its heyday. They are rolling in their graves at the lack of service and low class shrine the Fountainbleu has sadly become."

"The ONLY PLUS and positive comment I can honestly make about this property is the convenience near the Miami Port.. The rooms are infested with mosquitoes, huge ones! Our TV didn't work, microwave was filthy and sad thing is this Can not be made up! Good thing about staying there for $207 + $100 deposit is we were leaving the very NEXT DAY! We didn't wait for check out time after sitting up all night, as soon as daylight and able to check out we did and arrived early to Miami Port. Book at Your Own Risk."

"It's a lot of space and a beautiful property. Beware, it's a 12 minute walk between properties. I ended up at the property that is further away (next to Publix). It was a hassle lugging luggage at check in as well as check out. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the stay."
