"We really didn’t know what to expect. We purchased this hotel stay as a bundle with a flight and just hoped for the best. You exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was clean and the food and service was great. You all made our stay comfortable and special. We hope to return soon! Thank you!"

"The room was comfortable clean and quiet. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The check in was very slow and staff could have been politer but it went ok. The restaurant is lovely with great staff and great food."

"NH Querétaro is a newer hotel located just north of downtown. The property was spotless, the staff was friendly, and it was very accommodating to our dogs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it an excellent stop during our travels. If you’re looking for a modern, pet-friendly hotel in Querétaro, this is a great choice."

"The breakfast was more like a buffet then a continental; nice surprise. I was disappointed that the rooftop jacuzzis were not operational, but was happy to learn we had access to the neighboring hotel’s jacuzzi, pool, and pool-side loungers. Location is great right on a freeway with public transit. Also only a 40 min stroll to historic center. "
