The stay at the hotel was excellent very central of all restaurants and the mall. The only disappointment was they didn't offer lunch and dinner available at the hotel restaurant on Saturday. So we had to eat somewhere else. But overall a very nice Hotel.

So accomodating!

Lovely, comfortable one night stay. Staff were very friendly and most accomodating. When they noticed my elderly mother with us, we were offered a more suitable room to accomodate her needs.

CHARMING CENTRAL AND CHIC - AN UMHLANGA CLASSIC

I love this Hotel - it is a favourite of mine and I am acknowledged as a loyal and frequent guest by the staff and a welcome back plate of treats in my room. This Hotel is centrally located in the Umhlanga Village with everything at your doorstep. It is well maintained and charmingly designed and offers the best value of any Hotel in this area. I enjoy the energy and environment of this Hotel very much

We arrived early and were switched to a room with a kitchenette, which we considered to be a bonus. However, there was no dish soap or dish cloths to tidy up and use the dishes again. And no garbage appropriate for use in a kitchen. The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. The area is great and walkable to many shops and restaurants.
