"Breakfast in the 10 Thomas restaurant was delicious, staff was attentive and friendly. We reported the bathroom outlet was not functioning, they responded promptly (fixed within a half hour). Pool was not open yet for the season, but it looked nice. Room was not spacious, (the doorway and hallway seemed a little tight) but it had everything we needed. "

In a restaurant, if you charge a meal to the room, you get a discount. Even though the same pastry items were sold in the restaurant and the cafe, you did not receive a discount at the cafe. Great price and location on parking, and it was wonderful that they offered in/out privileges. Do not purchase parking online through third-party apps. Arlo offers a much better deal. "

"The room smelled like dirty socks and shoes… the mattress was very dirty with nasty stains. The white sheets had stains on them and the blankets was dingy looking. It took a long time before the shower water became hot. I ask the desk for some fresh sheets and towels and they told me they didn’t have any more sheets available "
