"변기는 고장나서 밤새 물내리는 소리가 나고 오셔서 교쳐주셔도 그때뿐.. 다른 제안은 전혀 없으시고 수리하는 직원분만 계속 들락날락하시고.. 옆방은 작은 기침소리까지 선명하게 다 들릴 정도로 방음 최악이고.. 하얏트는 이제 정말 갈수록 별로네요. 위치 빼곤 장점이 1도 없네요 이제는."

"Perfect location for Gangnam . Beautiful room. Unfortunately we only had 1 night there so were unable to use the fully equipped kitchenette in our room. Bathroom lovely but a shower in the bath which was a bit unexpected. However everything else you could want to and very friendly staff"
