"I have stayed a few times nice hotel the main areas of hotel reception bar restaurant are nice the rooms are a little tied but always clean and tidy overall a good stay i do think they need more staff some times there is quite a wait at the bar"

"We had a fantastic stay. The staff were so nice, we were celebrating our 4 year wedding anniversary, our room was upgraded, and we were given a free drink at the bar. We felt so welcome, the staff were amazing. Would defiantly stay here again. Thank you for looking after us."

"Most of the hotel was in good shape, but our room (321) had a mildew smell and there was rust and mold/mildew in the bathroom, especially around the bottom of the door where it hinges. We loved the dining and lounge area, and found the staff to be very helpful. Breakfast was a little confusing and disorganized; for such a busy time it was clear that more staff should have been working. We liked the location and general ambience."
