"This property exceeded all of our expectations! The reception we received on check-in continue through our entire stay! The entire staff was so accommodating and the property absolutely beautiful! The rooms were gorgeous clean! "What an amazing property with unforgettable views! We stay for one night in the rooftop suite while passing through on a quick trip to Sicily before our Mediterranean cruise.

"So far from a 5 star hotel. The staff is the most unfriendliest staff we have ever encounter. When we pulled in no bellman, front desk is extremely not professional and could care less.
