We stayed at Trident Udaipur during end of march for 4 days, there were few hickups that were outside staff control , however they did their best to make our stay conformable and memorable. "Quite a unique and exquisite property, every nook and cranny of this property is adorned with antiques and art pieces that keep surprising you moment to moment. The restaurant staff is so accommodating with exceptional service. Only thing you need to keep is n mind staying at their property is it will help if you have your own transportation, otherwise it can get tricky going in and out. "

"I started off in a tiny uncomfortable room like a boom closet with single bed even though I booked and paid for a non-smoking room with double bed many weeks in advance. Lights were dim or 'only for show'. I had to use my friend's bathroom because no hot water in mine. On the second of our 3 days I very firmly requested a better room and was allocated one.
