Então é uma suite basica,só ventilador de teto frigobar e micro-ondas,sem tv e ar condicionado.
Para quem não vai ficar muito tempo dentro está bom.

Ótimo custo benefício
Fiquei 4 dias com esposo e meu filho, os proprietários são prestativos e atenderam sempre que solicitado, o quarto é pequeno e simples, mas atendeu minhas necessidades, tudo organizado e limpo, não tem estacionamento, mas a rua é tranquila e fica perto de tudo, farmácia, supermercado, pizzaria... gostamos muito, mas dá próxima vez, vou pegar um quarto com ar condicionado, oeu só tinha um ventilador de teto e faz muito calor lá.

Local muito aconchegante, limpo e sossegado! O quarto que fiquei tinha o fundamental para o calor de ubatuba que é o ar condicionadl e fiquei bem contente pelo preço pago e pela comodidade da suite. Recomendo muito!
