Gostei muito. Ótimo atendimento. Muito limpo. Quarto confortável, próximo à drogarias, mercados, padarias, vários lugares para comer, e a orla de Itaguá. Só não gostei de não poder deixar meu pet no quarto. Isso atrapalhou meus passeios. Já havia deixado em outras pousadas. No geral muito bom. Agradeço muito.

Lugar maravilhoso

Lugar incrível, todos os atendentes super atentos e gentis foi sensacional, fora o custo benefício e o café da manhã sensacional, tínhamos vários restaurantes perto e várias praias perto, eles tem estacionamento. Na rua principal tem aluguel de bike( 50 reais) o dia inteiro com a bike e tem lavanderia ao lado e muitas adegas, simplesmente fantástico

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários da pousada, o quarto estava bem limpo e as opções de café da manhã eram bem gostosas. Infelizmente, não tinha lençol na cama quando chegamos, mas foi facilmente resolvido. A propriedade tem estacionamento e está numa região com bastante opções de restaurante.

Excelente estadia.

Ótima estadia. Quartos confortáveis, piscina excelente e estacionamento incluso. Atendimento nota 10 e café muito bom também. Único comentário que faço é o fato do sinal de wifi não estar funcionando no último andar da pousada, mas a administração me explicou que havia atualizados os repetidores de sinais para o carnaval, e que estava com problemas e acionariam os técnicos. Fora isso, nota 10.

Sobre a recepção, a pessoa que me atendeu, talvez por inexperiência pediu para que eu enviasse a fatura do meu cartão pelo WhatsApp para comprovar que foi feito o pagamento, paguei através do site, achei desnecessário e inconveniente, antes mesmo de guardar minhas malas. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado, porém não tinha cheiro de limpeza. O banheiro estava com vazamento de água vindo do box. A acústica do quarto não é legal, você escuta o tempo todo o barulho de fora, inclusive toda conversa dos quartos de cima e dos lados, a impressão que dá é que estão falando dentro deles. O frigobar também faz muito barulho, no geral acho que deveriam investir numa reforma dentro dos apartamentos, de preferência com isolamento acústico, trocar travesseiros e colchões, os que lá se encontram não são confortáveis) e por fim treinar o rapaz da recepção para que situações como essa não venham constranger outros hóspedes.
