"I rented two rooms both rooms are really dirty one room have blood splattered on the walls and in the sinks the sheets even have blood on them terrible place to stay. Went downstairs to talk to the manager and he said what did I expect for 50 bucks even though I spent way more for the two rooms."

"I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. "Staff was great! Room was spacious and comfortable, better than anticipated. Breakfast was questionable (I didn’t eat, but heard that more than one time - artificial eggs was the complaint), stove top in our room didn’t work, but we had our own cook plate anyway. "Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was also quiet. I needed to do some laundry while we were at the hotel. And to my surprise there was a laundry basket in our room to use and the washers and dryers were free. No charge to do laundry. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and clean. Staff was very friendly and my daughter and I noticed how much the staff wiped and cleaned tables, even wiped all the ketchup bottles etc on the tables one by one. Then another lady was...

"Great stay to celebrate a birthday. Staff placed flowers I ordered into the room ahead of time and when we arrived we were surprised with chocolate covered strawberries. The staff were excellent."

"Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy."
