The common area was perfect for enjoying takeout meals and supplied plastic utensils and extra toiletries and linens if needed. The check-in process was easy and entrance was secure. The staff was courteous. The only thing that was less than optimal is that homeless individuals tended to sleep and hang out on the stoop right in front of the entrance, which might make some guests uncomfortable."

"Great location with a lot of places to visit close by. Only 2 blocks from BART, so getting the hotel from the airport was very easy. The room was clean as was the hotel. Only issue was the alley behind my room was noisy. But that is to be expected in a city. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. "
