Exterior of hotel is close to major highway and construction - therefore making it loud in the front facing rooms."

She never did! She would not give me a printed copy. She left at 4:00 pm with no instructions to send my invoice to me. I had to call and spoke to Mia and she sent it in 3 seconds. Why is Sarah the manager?? I would not hire her in my establishment. "
