"It was a port in a storm and served well for that purpose. Staff was friendly. Aged property. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Did not appreciate wooden utensils."

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "

"I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable."

"Parking lot was like a massive tailgate party going on, kids running out of control running across entryway to parking. We almost hit them coming in. Parents standing around not paying attention. We told the reception and they already called security, she also told them not to run around the parking and nothing changed. Never saw anything like it at a hotel and will never stay at this Best Western again."

"My toilet wasn't bolted in and was on an angle. The shower was very dirty. Breakfast was ok and the pool was ok But the rooms themselves wow. Brown water came out of the faucets. Also while we were there police were clearly searching for someone as they moved through the hallways and outside the rooms at the back. Nothing was told to us if we or our kids were in any danger. Very strange."

Our rooms had been canceled because of a glitch with our credit card, and no one contacted us to let us know. We were told the system automatically cancels reservations in these situations, which is concerning when you're traveling and expecting your room to be waiting for you.
