"The room was immaculate, airy and cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. High ceilings and a ceiling fan made the circulation in the room so comfortable. We had folks on either side of us in the other rooms and heard nothing, so that was nice. I slept like a rock. Shower was clean and had very nice items to use that smelled nice. We will definitely be back."

"The Jotel is VERY nice and clean but the room I stayed in had a awful Mildew/Wet smell to it. I had to keep spraying my body spray. I stayed 2 nights and when I left and came back you could still smell the wet smell but the hotel rooms and bathroom is Nice and your downtown in walking distance to alot of stuff. The parking structure was very convenient because its attached to the hotel. I would have given 5 stars but the wet damp smell."

"Check in was a breeze and the staff was wonderful. I've called ahead of time to request a first floor room and Gloria handled it immediately. Upon check-in, Jen was awesome! We had a special circumstance regarding parking and she took charge immediately, which was such a relief. The only "con" with our whole stay, was that the carpet in our room needed cleaning. Otherwise, all was great. See you again next year!"

"I NORMALLY LOVE STAYING AT THE HIILTON BUT THE DOWNTOWN HILTON WAS A WASTE THE STAFF WAS NON EXISTENT. BECAUSE THEY HAVE AN ONSITE ROOFTOP ( OVER PRICED RESTAURANT ) THEY DON'T SERVE BREAKFAST . THERE WAS NO ROOM SERVICE THAT CAME I DIDNT EVEN SEE ANYONE. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN .
AND THE PARKING WAS HORRIBLE"
