"Two things I wish I realized before booking. 1. This property is NOT connected to the same building as the pool or the breakfast. You need to walk outside. 2. The breakfast was a Jimmy Deans microwave sandwich, cereal with carafe milk, juice, and a prepackaged Danish pastry. We didn't have hot water day one but the facility fixed that by end of day. The room was nice and clean. We had a full kitchen with basic cookware, living room and two bedrooms. The pool was big, clean, and there were a...

"I only saw one staff person and he wasn't around alot. The room didn't get cleaned on our second day, we did get clean towels however. Get to breakfast early or it will be gone, no staff working the breakfast area? Maybe it was the time of year, pre tourist season? Hard to find staff?"

"We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate"

"The front desk person was so friendly, polite. Answered all my questions. The room was dirty, the bathroom mirror was filthy. I thought it may be stained so I grabbed a tissue to wipe it and the dirt came off. The front staff was so kind saying there was breakfast and to please help myself but I could not eat the were knowing how dirty the bathroom was. "

"This hotel is a disgrace to Choices hotels.. There was garbage under our bed, debris on the carpet, blood on the comforter and the toilet was so dirty, it was disgusting, but by the time we checked in, it was too late to complain and switch room. I cannot believe I paid $ 200 to sleep in a a room as disgusting and as dirty and smelly as it was. Comfort inn is usually a sure bet, nothing fancy, but it usually fills all our needs… Not this time. Stay anywhere else, but there!"

"Confusing parking, not easy to re-lock door. Nasty seasonal large bugs. Dead bugs in room. Expensive for what we got but popular area. But it was quiet and conveniently located."

"Rooms didn’t get cleaned during stay other than towels and soap. Could’ve used a vacuum or something but no biggy. Won’t affect our choice to stay again so long as the price is good"
