"This is an apartment they rent under another name. They use one address for two properties. The TV didn’t work and no internet connection even while using the correct password. It’s a commune type thing. You pick a breakfast meal by letter. That’s what you get! No deviation. They will try and take your passport too. I wouldn’t allow it but had to pay a 500,000 dong that was refundable. The facility sits high on a hillside where you have to take a shuttle to get to the beach. I left! I refused to stay there even though I lost 4 knights of money paid, I can afford my comfort. I went in to Mui Ne and found much better lodging on the beach. Restaurants and coffee shops and shopping. This was well worth it to me as I found a resort I will be going back to in a few days and stay for two to three weeks. I would never stay in a rental apartment again. They have never worked well for me. The person I was dealing with too was all behind WhatsApp. Never showed their face. I would rate this place lower if I could. It’s like a ghost town. "

"The staff at the front desk were the best ... I can't remember their names, but they were really good. The guys driving the golf carts were always stopping to ask if you needed a ride. And the ladies at breakfast were super good and attentive. The lady making omelletes was excellent Top marks to your staff!"

"Communication was very poor. All staff spoke very little English and we had a very strange and unprofessional check in process. We were given very little information and the staff at the reception area to our building were only there for a couple of hours first thing in the morning. There were very few food options, and it was either excessively expensive for a buffet or very standard food at a separate restaurant. On our final day, a huge group of school children appeared at the hotel and were extremely loud, creating massive queues for the lifts and the “private beach” was used for some sort of sports day. All the kids then walked in sandy wet clothes around the hotel and in the lifts. We also had issues with having our room cleaned and again found this very difficult to communicate with anyone as they all needed to use a translation tool to communicate. Definitely not what we expected for such a massive hotel, being advertised as a fancy 5 star place. We expected a peaceful and smooth stay, which is the exact opposite of what we got!"
