"The front desk staff was wonderful. The two free drinks were a great bonus. The free dinner was ok, but couldn't eat there two days in a row. Breakfast was ok too, but not a lot of choices. The room was clean, but we could hear everything going on in the hallway. Overall we really liked it there. Not perfect, but very nice. I would recommend it."

"The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen area included a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove, and a microwave. The king-size bed was comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage and pulled pork, cubed potatoes cooked with peppers, cereals and milk, yogurt, coffee, muffins, breads, etc. We were not informed when we reserved the room that parking was $25 each day. The parking area is surrounded by a fence. Parking is accessed at a gate activated by a keypad keycode."

"Checked in staff was nice. Room had a smell, mold in the bathroom on the walls (Blackmold), mold on the window casing. The TV speakers were broken. Due to the timing the office person offered to move us to another room, which we did. The second room didn’t have mold. Smelled. The outside of the property is nice, the rooms need updating."

"Fleas or Bed Bugs in the Room (on the pull out bed AND in the bed I reported to the front desk clerk the next morning, but she only said they had a pesticide co. that already had sprayed. She then said she would ask them to spray again."

"The hotel is in a great location off of I-65 in Birmingham. It's a beautiful area and the hotel has been renovated. I'm glad there is no longer nasty carpeting on the floors. The staff moved us promptly to another room when I called the front desk to report that our TV wasn't working after we had checked in. My husband and I would definitely stay there again!"
