The jetty was not manned whilst we were there. A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet roll holder loose, bathroom tap needs fixing, Wi-Fi very intermittent. Kettle, tea & coffe missing in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, these items are necessary. "

"The hotel has olive trees, banana trees, palm trees, you can swim while looking at the forest & mountain because of all those things it was very relaxing. Staff were so helpful, cheerful. The sea was amazing. Going to downtown Bodrum by taxi 10-15 min. Next year definitely will come here again☺️"

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.

My kids really enjoyed the mini studio show, pool time, and Zumba performances. One day my room wasn’t cleaned, but when I asked for towels, they responded right away and sent complimentary toiletries too. Overall, a fun and comfortable stay for families."
