Lindo hotel con jacuzzi

Godt og rart sted

Rigtig fint værelse, rent og hvad der skal bruges. Pool, spa og sauna var også i fornuftig kvalitet. Eneste 'lille' minus er, at man lige skulle gå 15 minutter ned til byen.

El viaje de aniversario más triste.

La verdad muy triste, había solicitado en la reservación algún tipo de decoración, por ser un viaje de aniversario de bodas el cual quisimos hacer con nuestros hijos, pero no lo hicieron, al llegar al hotel, me aseguraron que lo harían mientras salíamos a cenar, cosa que tampoco sucedió. Por otro lado, después de ir a la piscina, de la cual tuvimos que salirnos corriendo porque se dañó la planta y era peligroso permanecer allí, mis hijos de 8 y 3 años tuvieron que bañarse con agua fría (congelada), al igual que mi esposo porque no llegaba agua caliente, yo estuve desnuda y enjabonada por más de media hora esperando que llegará el agua, porque ni fría, ni caliente, se les solicitó baldes con agua tibia y tampoco llegaron, finalmente tuve que ir en toalla a recepción a solicitar nos solucionaran la situación y me tocó bañarme en otra habitación alejada de la mía y desplazarme en toalla por todo el hotel, una vez tuvimos agua, a la habitación sólo llegaba hirviendo o muy fría y no podía graduarse para que quedara a una temperatura apta para bañarnos o por lo menos bañar a los niños, así que un minuto nos quemabamos y al siguiente nos congelabamos. Bonito viaje de aniversario de bodas en familia, jamás volveré y mucho menos lo recomendaría, porque ni siquiera fueron capaces de ofrecer disculpas. Espero que no eliminen el comentario, ya se sería lo más conveniente para el hotel, por obvias razones.

Buena estadia

Estuvimos 3 dias 2 noches. El personal fue muy amable en todas las areas. El desayuno estuvo bueno, en especial por la oferta de las arepas boyacenses. Se observa buena limpieza en el cuarto pero se debe mejorar la limpieza de la piscina. En general estuvo muy bien.

Villa Lina Spa hotel - Villa Leyva

The hotel is conveniently located near the town of Villa Leyva, a kilometre or so, about 4 minutes by car. The hotel is quite clean and in fair condition. Breakfast was included and again, fair. The pool was conveniently located in the back of the hotel and the water was quite warm and enjoyable. For the location in Colombia and the price of the room, the package was quite acceptable. Although the WiFi was a bit erratic, the staff were quite accommodating for any requests we had. Overall quite recommendable.
