Beautiful place to go in family with comfortable rooms, in reference with the breakfast this was something complicated, because at two times that I took breakfast and when I was finishing finally eggs was arriving. In reference to solve that would be convenience manage a samovar with crash eggs and a bowl with boiled to agile the process. Many thanks for your support in my rest days, because all was well

No tienen agua caliente disponible todo el día

El personal del hotel es muy amable y dispuesto a atender las necesidades de los huéspedes. El hotel solo dispone de agua caliente en la habitación de 6 am a 12 pm, fuera de estos horarios debe ir personalmente a recepción y solicitar que enciendan el calentador, ya que tampoco hay teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse con la recepción. Tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. El desayuno es sencillo pero bueno. Aunque el hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila, se logra escuchar el ruido de los carros y motocicletas que pasan. El staff habla en alto volumen en la mañana temprano, así que terminan por despertar a los huéspedes, sumado a que cuando inició el desayuno colocan una música en alto volumen que se escucha en las habitaciones. Está bien ubicado, se puede llegar caminando a la Plaza Mayor y principales sitios de interés. Buen balance costo-beneficio.

Es una opcion de hospedaje con buena ubicación, personal muy amable. Les falta mejorar la parte de aseo sobre todo en el area del baño. La limpieza diaria de habitación no la realizan de forma efectiva.

The owner or caretaker family treated us with respect and were very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful. The architecture is magnificent, sending you to a different time in history. The parking service was very secure and convenient. The hotel was only a few blocks from the centre of town which was doable walking. It was great to have tv, wifi, warm water and breakfast included. The breakfast service was delicious. Breakfast could be extended until 10:30 instead of 10:00. The only negative we had was that the pillows were stiff, the pillows could be updated to a more comfortable pillow. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visit again.

El lugar es muy lindo y el servicio de los jóvenes muy agradable. Lastimosamente no se reviso la habitación antes de entragarla y encontramos una cucaracha muerta en un cajón y una mosca muerta en la ducha. De resto todo bien!
