Great pool and beach area. Service was awesome. I did think the food at the indoor restaurant's was little pricey so I ate at the bar and the pool bar. Great hotel! Oh, yea, the spa- I received the 4-treatment experience, amazing and affordable!

Room was good. For the type of environment you are professing to be EVERY staff member should be kind and courteous. I did not see it or feel it. A few bad ones can ruin a rating. As a medical provider, no one was around the spa area downstairs. If someone were hurt or passed out, no one would know until another visitor went downstairs. There was no water available like in other spas. No place to put towels>>> attention to detail..simple things, no costs added, could be done.

Outstanding hotel, we can’t wait to come back. The staff was terrific. The hotel property, architecture, pool, beach, everything was wonderful. This is a really beautiful building and resort area. I would highly recommend it for a family getaway and will almost certainly do so when its summer again. Highlights for me were the spa area, the grounds and outdoor pool area, the short distance from the airport, and the delicious meals.

Spacious and elegant hotel, staff friendly, attentive and efficient. The international restaurant lacks interest but the Tunisian offering makes up for it. The lunchtime facilities lack a really interesting light offering and no alternative to the poolside location when the weather is uninviting.
