"The staff must be the most courteous I have experienced in over 40 years of travel. Very good amenities and excellent value for money. The location is very good and is at the northern border of the main tourist zone. There are no 711’s or supermarkets in close proximity, the nearest being 10 to 15 minutes walk away. "We liked it a lot. Although very close to the old city, it is at the end of it so you don‘t hear the noise. A great location to go anywhere on foot, via metro or by bus. From the airport take the bus 100 and get out at the Uniirii Plaza. Then you can go walking. Elevator works and AC running well. Nice coffee shop around the corner. Everything went smooth and will stay there again."

My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better.
