Holiday Inn Tulum by IHG
We loved the restaurant. During our 10 day stay, they always made sure we had all we needed. Special thanks to William in the afternoon by the pool… always made sure we had water!

Livetulum
It’s a nice little boutique hotel right in the center but fairly quiet and nice staff. Feels like real Mexico it’s basic but it’s fine for the price if you just need a night or two to get settled.

Yes..neglected..house keeping poor..only done first day..got locked out of hotel as main door code out of service..free coffee offered was not at first recognized by restaurant at hotel..sand fleas on bed..no change of towels..no staff to complain to ?
