Resort has stopped focusing on couples and has starting promoting large groups to book rooms. The resort isn't set up for this. Dining is delayed, staff is stressed (not enough of them to serve large groups plus other guests), more buffets than before, loud groups partying until late into the night/morning takes away from the chill, relaxing, quiet vibe the resort used to...
