I showed up after driving 12 hours to book a room for the night with my family the lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful even going as far to book us after she did her daily audit which actually gave me two nights for the price of one and after we unpacked the car and started heading up to our room she met us at the elevator and gave my son a bag of cookies I haven't seen kindness like I did that night in a long time she made our state most enjoyable

During our visit, the elevator was out, but we were aware. The area to get to the steps on one end of the 1st floor was very cluttered. I realized its off season, but the pool looks nasty. It hasn't been useable in a while, but I would think it would be drained and cleaned. Breakfast was good!

The check in staff was friendly and efficient. the area has major construction on the roads immediately around the hotel. which makes it difficult to get to area restaurants and access to highways a little more inconvenient, but very doable.

When we checked in we were told the elevators were not working. All the rooms on the first floor were already occupied and we would have to use the stairs. We were told the only rooms available would be on the third floor. We are an older couple which would make it difficult. The girl at the desk found us a room on the second floor, still inconvenient! Elevator was still not working when we checked out.

Room was nice clean and quiet. Pool was out of service bedding wasnt what i expected. I only stayed in room 30-45 minutes and checked out. I will never go back there. I would appreciate a refund!! Thank you

I stayed at the hotel for one night. I enjoyed the stay even though it was brief. The check in process was easy, room was clean, & bathroom was nice. The only complaint I do have is as soon as I was going to get ready for bed I noticed one of the pillows was fairly dirty.

The hotel in general was nice, but the bed was really hard/firm and not comfortable at all. My fiancé even complained about it and he never complains about the beds in general. We will be trying another hotel in that area the next time to see if they have more comfortable beds.

The older woman who checked us in (I forget her name) it was after midnight when we got there, she was one of the nicest, most polite people I’ve dealt with. We slept well on our 2 nights there. No complaints at all.
