Opened in 1967, the Prayer Tower is a beautiful and otherworldly design. It was created by architect Frank Wallace for televangelist Oral Roberts at his Christian University of the same name. It's Jetsonian-like architecture is a late 40's-60's space age style known as Googie. People can take an elevator ride to the top and reflect in prayer as they take in the views of the surrounding campus.

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Absolutely wonderful hosts! Rooms were a bit small as usual yet nicely appointed. I stayed here due to pricing at the Mayo but based on the friendliness and price... I may have a new hold over in Tulsa! Good job for whomever is hiring these folks.

Room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and we loved the shower. Only downfall is there is only street side parking unless you pay for the valet and our room had no soap.
