All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...

Nothing, NOTHING that was included in my booking was even an option when i got there. 1 On street vicinity parking: if you consider 12 bocks away in the vicinity. 2 once you got to the hotel you had to turn around and walk back to a different hotel to check in 3....

"We were Not !! Told we were in a chalet cottage, it didn't advertise cottage either it was dark dingy and uncomfortable. The continued breakfast was stale croissants and the orange juice the bottle was black. There were no 24hr staff either "
