"From check, to the buffet breakfast to check out and everything in between, each interaction with staff was wonderful. Every staff member was extremely pleasant. That is very hard to find. The room was clean, breakfast was good and overall hotel was a great welcoming atmosphere. Definitely would stay again."

"Great Hotel. This hotel was changed over from the clarion inn. They have done a wonderful job renovating it. Everything is so fresh and new. I was very pleased with it as I am a housekeeper and know what to look for. I would have given them 5 stars had they put a clock in the room a coffee maker and MICROWAVE. The breakfast is so so as there are no eggs or bacon or sausage. No waffle maker either. Liked the idea that there was hot coffee and tea at night. Didn't like having to come to front desk area to use microwave for eye patch at 11pm because by the time you got to your room it was not really hot anymore. Bed was not bad and room is very spacious. Great location, quite and friendly staff. Great job on a wonderful renovation but need a clock, coffeemaker and MICROWAVE and I would have given them a 5 star. Would def go back. Thanks!!"

"Staff were fantastic! Upon or first day at check in, we weren't quite satisfied with our original room. It was not on the lake side but by the pool. We wanted lakeside. After a 10 minute phone call and an on-site visit from staff, we had our room on the lakeside. Room was comfortable, had a good sized refrigerator and the tv was easily adaptable for Fire Stick Streaming. Wi Fi was great as well. It was a beautiful weather weekend. And lake front beach and view are awesome. Firepit, and free use of paddle boats, canoe. Plenty of comfy beach chairs. Not too crowded for a holiday weekend and all the other guests we interacted with were lovely. Also conveniently located between Lake George and Saratoga Springs so easy drive to get to either spot for dinner or horse track. Definitely recommend and hope to go back next year. Thank you Motel Luzerne for a wonderful stay! Chris"
