"I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. "Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. "

"到河口湖駅約十多分鐘巴士，但班次較疏及尾班車很早收，酒店再向山上走可到富士山遙拜所、母の白滝，約三十多分鐘路程，但景色十分優美，值得一遊。附近較少食店，晚餐選擇更少，越夜越難找。住宿有兩層十分寬敞，地下有獨立燒烤地方，二樓有大露枱，看到大部份富士山，住宿內設備齊全，不喜燒烤亦有廚具可煮食，公用地方有洗衣機。房東十分熱情友善，離開時還駕車送我們至富士山駅，真的感謝！"

"This is a beautiful resort and the onsens were amazing, quiet, relaxing, rooms were lovely. The kasieki meal was superb, breakfast had 100 choices. Only complaint os coffee at night had coffee grounds in it. i recommend a two night stay so you may visit both baths. "A beautiful properly. We had a room with an onsen on our deck, it was supposed to have a lakeview but trees are all grown in and blocking. This place feels remote but there is a bus stop station close and the pirate ship/ cable cars. No stores or restaurants close by but we really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets."

Great hotel nice view
"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing. In terms of amenities, the hotel offers DHC skin care products. Regarding the location, we initially walked to Kawaguchiko Station, which took about 15 minutes, but later discovered a nearby bus station we weren't familiar with yet. Additionally, there is a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants nearby the property."
