"Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel was imperiously good. So far it's the best we had in Vietnam. The location is very strategical, both to access the Imperial City and the night walking street. "Could not fault the staff: Always prepared to help: eg with transport bookings, directions, tours, breakfast choices. Everything was done with a smile. Special thanks to Kelly for organising our tours especially when we had difficulty trying to make decisions! Our room was comfortable (appreciated the balcony) but in need of a refresh, including ensuring all light switches are working. Breakfast choices and servings plentiful. Central location made it easy to access popular tourist sites. "
