"I booked for one night stay and from unforeseen events had to stay a second night. Upon entering the building there was a strong perfumey odor, pleasant, but a little strong which I questioned to my self, what are they hiding. I was pleased to find nothing but good. Second night was pretty much the same but the room was on second floor and hinted of stale smoke. Not strong but to some it could be. I would stay again !"

"Fabulous little place to stay while in Pittsburgh. Quiet, beautiful patio/outdoor space, nice breakfast and parking was convenient. We walked a lot and it was easy to get to the sport’s arenas and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!"

"To start off I would like to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the front desk staff at this hotel was so incredibly rude to its guests. The way they talked to people who asked questions was something I had never heard from front desk staff before.
The hotel may have been a smoking hotel at one point as the remnants of old smoke remained in the rooms and the lobby area. The front desk staff smoked (as well as other guests) just outside the door which probably didn’t help.

"Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day. The room was comfortable and clean, but note the bed is VERY firm, so if you’re a side sleeper, it’s not the most comfortable.

"Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler.
The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out."
