"It might not be the newest hotel in Troy, but it has the best location. Lots of parking and clean and comfortable rooms. You can tell that the staff enjoy working there. They take hospitality seriously. Breakfast is complimentary and the scrambled eggs are always delicious! I’ve stayed 3 times this year, for at least a week each time. I love this place. They make it feel like home."
"We stayed only one night because we had to drop my son off at RPI. (Which is very close).
We got the accessible room this time due to knee tear. I’m glad I did. The bathroom was definitely big enough if you’re in a wheel chair. It had plenty of bars to hold on to in shower or if needed around toilet.
The room was a very nice size. If you are are in a wheel chair, crutches, or cane you will find there is plenty of room.
The beds were very comfortable. There were two queen size beds with three pillows on each of them. There was a big size chair with pillow if one chooses to sit there instead of sitting on the bed.
There was also a desk if you need to get some work done.
There was a piece of furniture that had a refrigerator in it, a Keurig coffee maker and a microwave.
There was also a dresser with three drawers and a big TV.
We didn’t use the gym, but we were able to see it from the pool and it seems like a very nice clean room.
We did take advantage of the pool. It was very nice, but the water was freezing. I did want to add that there was three steps and a banister to be able to get into the pool. It was very safe and sturdy. Also plenty of towels available.
We also went to the restaurant downstairs the night we arrived. It was delicious. The atmosphere was great.
Over all it was a nice stay and I would definitely go back."
"We had a wonderful family stay at Vacation Village in the Berkshires! We traveled with our children and their grandmothers, and it was such a special opportunity to make memories together.
Our accommodation felt like two apartments in one, with plenty of space for everyone. We loved the layout and the beautiful views, especially with the fall colors surrounding us. It was lovely to enjoy the scenery right where we were staying.
The location was a great base for exploring the Berkshires, and we felt we got excellent value for the price. This trip was very special for our family, and we would love to come back. Highly recommend it for a family getaway!"
"Hotel grounds, common areas were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to many area restaurants and entertainment."
