ok Hotel, Wifi is cumbersome to access
"The wifi login is cumbersome, requiring logging in, then watching a video commercial prior to joining. The clerk said there would be cookies and coffee available until 10 PM . . .when I went to the lobby at 8 PM there were no cookies. When we returned to the hotel at 9:35 PM there we no cookies available. ..."
