A big thank you to the staff who worked breakfast during my stay on the 31\5 who fixed breakfast for me even though I had mistaken the time when it closed. Breakfast served in the hotel is very nice. The room was very small and the bathroom super small. For two nights it was not a problem ."

"Great location and room specifically booked a room for the view. Quiet area with easy walking to town and restaurants. The roof deck is great to give you a lovely panorama of Tromso. The igloos seem expensive but would be great for a group to splurge"

"In a quiet location in the centre. We had a lovely spacious studio room on floor 3 with a sitting room and separate bedroom. Apart from the air- conditioning being a bit too intrusive, we loved the room. We loved the view across the fjord to the Arctic Cathedral. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room is a bit crowded if you don't go in early. The outside of the hotel isn't very smart- looking but inside the lobby has a nice sitting area with coffee and cookies. We would definitely stay there again if we could book room 312!"
