Nice place to stay. Clean and confortable room. Friendly staff. Close to downtown and Des Forges street where all the bars and restaurants are located. The outside is a bit worn out, but the rooms are nice and very clean. Would return without a doubt

It is good value if you only need a room for sleeping. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet both nights. Don't really have anything negative about our experience.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and his English was fine. I was easily able to book an extra night. The property doesn’t look like much but the room I received was beautiful and spacious. For this visit, I only cared about the room comforts. It is within easy reach of restaurants, shopping and tourist sites like the Shrine of Our Lady of the Cape which I highly recommend to visit.

Cleanliness was 3 stars as there were ants. But overall I liked the room. It was OK inside even though the outside of the motel is unkempt. Only one physical key is provided, so I asked at the front desk for them to let my guest in when he arrived. They wrote out a paper note, but the staff there couldn't find the note when my friend arrived, so he wasn't able to get in the room. The motel is largely for out-of-town workers I think, not tourists. If you don't speak French familiarize yourself with one of the translation apps. That worked well for me when checking out.

The charges are quite high considering the condition of the rooms and property. It is located around site and industrial area more suitable for factory workers rather than tourists.
