"When I arrived everything was ok ,checked in to my room , and it wasn’t the room I paid for the staff put me in a room intentionally messing up thinking I wouldn’t notice , I called reception then got placed in the right room without an apology "

"Le stanze purtroppo sono insonorizzate. Siamo rientrati nella stanza verso mezzanotte x che avevamo un evento, e verso le 6 vicini di sopra anno cominciato a fare rumore, doccia , asciuga capelli etc . Comunque hotel non può insegnare la educazione dei clienti…. Questa si insegna acasa . Nel sostanza , hotel molto bello. Torneremo la settimana prossima"

"Il sig. Luigi è molto bravo ad accogliere i clienti e anche i dipendenti sono molto cordiali. Per chi viaggia è molto comodo avere un ristorante nella struttura e, in questo caso, un ottimo ristorante. La camera molto grande e curata, così come il bagno"

"Room was very spacious and clean. Facility is old but clean. Price for breakfast was very reasonable and small amount of foods on buffett bar but staff kept up with replenishing foods - this kept food fresh. Parking was free and plenty spaces were availble."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Palozzo Scamozzi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it."

"One of the best properties that I’ve stayed in Italy, this hotel located on a hillock is flanked by breathtaking winery views. Remember to book a valley view room though. Breakfast is excellent with boiled eggs, cured meats , desserts, fruits, yogurts , cheeses and coffees to order. Their cakes were excellent. The staff at front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me upgrade to valley view room at the last minute. They have a beautiful restaurant with a spectacular terrace....

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff , We had to hire a kettle to make a coffee in our room ,that was 6 euros a day . You would think a kettle is standard in a room , Good position for the train station and getting to tge shops & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good , plenty to choose from."

"Prenotato questa struttura perchè necessitavo di un ambiente completo di cucina, ed all'arrivo mi è stato detto che la cucina non era prevista per questione di sicurezza relative al GAS. Ma neppure il forno era funzionante (per essendo elettrico) non c'era praticamente nulla di piatti. La motivazione era: "sta scritto sulle email inviate: invece nessuna menzione alla mancanza della cucina. Poi faceva freddo, nessuna coperta aggiuntiva. (ovviamente sulla cucina c'è il messaggio di 10% sconto al...

"Soprattutto l'accoglienza, precisa come quella elvetica (prima dell'orario check in e/o check out non puoi muoverti) ma una volta rispettati col sorriso i parametri (entrata/uscita) è tutto semplice e familiare. Contento anche perché è centrale pertanto ci si può muovere a piacere."

"Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee...
