If you are looking for impeccable service, plush accommodations, and a peaceful stay, this is your hotel. I am writing this as I sit on a down couch overlooking the rolling hills on a winter, but sunny day with the Christmas tree twinkling next to me. The staff here has been top notch and has gone above and beyond for my family. You have a choice in pillows, comfy down comforters, plush towels in a beautiful old world style hotel. I would love to see the hotel in spring and summer as I can only imagine the pool and sun deck to be superb. Do not hesitate to stay at this wonderful establishment.

This place is beautiful and very old, it has a pool and everything you could ask for. However it also has mosquitoes and a skylight with no covering in the room so you won't need an alarm clock you will wake with the sunshine. Staff are lovely and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic setting on a top of the hill. Very clean and comfortable room. Easy day trip to many destinations. We like it very much!

The hotel is a former 18th century villa set in the Berico hills just a short distance from Vicenza. It is beautifully maintained by a staff that could not be more attentive. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We especially enjoyed cocktails on the patio overlooking the lawn and hills in the fistance.

Very kind people, good rooms, all good except food and wine in the restaurant. Friendly service there, poor winelist and soso food. Just eaten once after arrival in the first evening. But the hotel is fine, rooms, landscape, birds singing in the morning, parking … all very nice.

Peace but not quiet

The hotel is difficult to find up a treacherously narrow road, and there are no signs indicating which of the three driveways are the parking. Once there it is a very pleasant country house transformed into a luxury property. Staff was welcoming, and the indoor pool and pool boy were fine. However, there was a wedding one night and a corporate event the other, so there was noise which we did not appreciate after midnight -- they should've booked out the entire hotel if they were going to do such an event directly underneath our windows on the first floor.. The tiny bathtub, shower is completely inadequate for grown men. Buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

I loved staying at this hotel. Two staff members stood out - Patrick (front desk) and Lucia (dining staff). They were polite, professional, and very good at their jobs! The only disappointing thing was the dinner. It appeared to be very disorganized, a couple of dining the staff were confused on our order and brought out an appetizer with the other persons main meal then wouldn’t bring out my meal because my dining partner had waited for my main meal to be served. My last comment is, it’s an international group and much of the dining staff did not speak English at all, which was very difficult for me and other guest, who did not speak Italian, but spoke English, French, Danish, Dutch, and so forth.
